Lokaj, Ondřej ; Kokštejn, Jakub (advisor) ; Vampola, Jindřich (referee)
Title: The size of the movement load during the match in professional female soccer players Aims: Determining the amount of movement load during a championship match in professional female soccer players. Method: A total of 18 players from the club SK Slavia Praha participated in the research (Ø 24.8 years; the youngest 17 years old, the oldest 39 years old). The method of observation was using GPS technology for data collection in the form of field testing. The monitored external movement load variables were: Total Distance Travelled (TDT), High Intensity Running (HIR), Sprint Distance (SD), Sprints (number), Acceleration, Deceleration and Maximum Speed (MS). To evaluate the significance of the differences between individual categories, the substantive significance coefficient of Hedges's g was used. Results: Female centre-backs achieved lower values in total distance travelled (TDT) compared to full-backs, midfielders and center forwards (g = 0.91-1.27). A significant difference in the high intensity running (HIR) indicator in the match was not found between the central defenders and the other contributions. Here, we observed only a moderate difference, except for a significantly lower value compared to sub-spinal attackers. A very significant difference was found between the strikers and the...
The media image of women's football in the printed daily Sport
Pavlačková, Monika ; Turková, Kateřina (advisor) ; Trunečka, Ondřej (referee)
The diploma thesis entitled "The media image of women's football in the printed daily Sport" deals with the media image of women's football in the period 1/1/2017 - 12/31/2021 in the daily Sport. Through quantitative and qualitative content analysis, the work describes how women's football is presented in the only Czech sports newspaper and its supplements over the years and then mentions the most interesting articles. The analyzed years are compared with each other at the end. One of the main theories is that if the media image of women's football gradually changed, it would be significant precisely in the only Czech sports newspaper. The work is based on an assumption that the number of articles increased over the years, which was confirmed as a result except of 2020 and 2021, when the number of articles decreased considerably due to the pandemic crisis. The change in the media image of women's football was evident not only in the number of articles, but also in their length.

Skálová, Denisa ; Kokštejn, Jakub (advisor) ; Šťastný, Petr (referee)
Title: Comparison of field and laboratoty tests in adult soccer players Objectives: The aim of this study is to determine the correlation between selected field and laboratory tests in adult female soccer players. Methods: The tested group consisted of 20 first league female football players of the Prague women's team FK Dukla Praha, their age ranged from 17-36 years (height 167 ± 14.8, weight 66.8 ± 21.3). The measurements were taken once during the spring preparation period 2021 (March-May). Data were collected indirectly (mediated) using laboratory instruments (body composition tests - DEXA, lower limb explosive strength - KISTLER, muscle strength - CYBEX) as well as field motor tests (10 and 30 m sprints, 6 x 20 m repeated sprints, agility test and special endurance test). Kendall's tau (τ) was used for data analysis and subsequent correlation. The level of statistical significance was set at (p < 0.05). According to Portney and Watkins (2009), the strength of the correlation was interpreted as follows: 0.00-0.25 little or no relationship; 0.26-0.50 low relationship; 0.51-0.75 moderate or good relationship; and 0.76-1.0 good to excellent relationship. Results: This study found that there were no significant correlations between the individual test scores selected for our hypotheses. Low...

At first, problems of fitness training, planning of training macrocycle and the issue of women's and young ladies' training are analysed. A considerable part of the theoretical section is devoted to coordination abilities. Second part and testing follow. To find out the level of coordination abilities, these testing disciplines were used: Agility test, run with a somersault, two-footed jump on target and vertical jump with the rotation of torso. The results of this testing informed us about the level of coordination abilities of both observed players and the whole group. Methods:Literary researches, descriptive and illustrative examples used in order to acquaint probands with particular motor tests, the observation of probands during testing, testing and evaluation of performance in motor tests, a method of test-retest, qualitative and quantitative statistical methods, logical methods (analysis, synthesis, inductive and deductive reasoning. Results: From the point of view of the long-term conception of sports training, the coordination skills seem to be an essential element of a successful mastering of motor skills, more or less dependent on the coordination. If the particular skills are not developed during so...

The abstract The present thesis is written as a summarizing study. The principal goal of the thesis is to summarize available scientific studies, researches and information concerning women's football. The studies of domestic and foreign academic prose, foreign theses and scientific studies found in the databases of scientific articles (SPORTDiscuss, Google Scholar, Web of Science) are included in the content. It was shown that there are many studies and scientific articles abroad in this field and it is the reason for categorizing individual fields. The studies dealing with the ACL injuries among women frequently appear in the databases. Nearly all the results dealing with this topic agreed that women are more susceptible to this kind of injury. Some of many reasons proved gender differences in skills in kicking the ball with the front instep and differences in the implementation of various physical activities which became subjects of research. Further the study demonstrated differences between men and women in the field of condition not only on the basis of anatomic and physiological differences. Different approach to application of training methods for women in the field of condition appeared as an important factor. Other area of research was performance in motor tests which proved unequal. Finally,...

Satrapová, Pavla ; Bunc, Václav (advisor) ; Kaplan, Aleš (referee)
Title: ACL injuries in female soccer players and possible prevention Objectives: The aim of this work is to compile a test battery that becomes a tool to detect and forecast potential injury to the anterior cruciate ligament in women playing football. It should also serve to reduce the total average number of injuries in women's football. Methods: The theoretical part of the thesis is elaborated using literary research. The starting point is available foreign literature, technical articles and foreign studies. I focused mainly on articles related to primary prevention in women ACL. Results: Among the highest risk factors we include join laxity (flexibility), insufficient muscle strength of lower limbs, weakened deep stabilizing system, functional ration of muscle strength on the back and front of the thigh, technique of landing, valgus position of knee joint, poor level of football skills and fatigue. We designed motoric tests that reveal a deficit for given area and we compiled a test battery which enables early diagnosis. Motoric tests that form designed test battery are active raise leg, deep squat, rotational stability, extensional test, hurdle step, test of knee joint valgus position and agility test.
